Our cost calculator does not require an email address, account, or any personal information to produce an estimate — inputs (item type, distance, city) are processed in your browser and on our server only to calculate and display a price range; we do not store them tied to your identity. If you email us via our Contact page, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of corrections or partnership discussions.
Like most websites, our server logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We also use Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies and collects usage data (pages visited, approximate location from IP, device/browser type) to help us understand traffic. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This site is, or will be, funded in part by display advertising served through Google AdSense and/or other ad networks (for example Ezoic, Raptive or Mediavine as the site grows).
